KOSISI (Latvian ”Kosīši”) Guest House is situated in the village of Svetciems, roughly 200m from the Baltic Sea. This calm and beautiful area is the ideal setting for relaxation and other nature related activities. The guest house is suitable for camps and seminars (max 50 people). An excellent place for families with children during summer time!

The Guest House provides two houses – the self-catering Summer cottage (available from May to October) and the Main house - bed & breakfast (available all year round). Both are fully furnished and well equipped (kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces, bedrooms, WC, showers, sauna, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV).

The Self-Catering Summer cottage

A vacation cottage for families and friends. Suitable for camps, seminars and work-shops (for about 30 people).

The ground floor hosts a living room with a kitchen corner and dining table for 20 people, fireplace, sauna, WC, shower, wardrobe.

Outside there is a large terrace and a small lake/pond, 50 m from the sauna.

The first floor holds 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double and 4 single beds and a large room with space for roughly 20 mattresses (available on request). WC and bathroom.

The cottage also includes a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and a washing machine.

Additional features of the cottage include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a projector and a home music sound system.

The Main House

The Main House is a small bed & breakfast guest house (for approximately 20 people).

The Main House contains a living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 private double-rooms (capacity 4 people) and a WC/shower; 1 private  twin room (capacity 3 people) and a WC/shower; 2 private twin rooms (capacity 3 people) and common WC/shower.

Outside there is a huge terrace, a path to a penthouse, and a playground.

Satellite TV, a projector, a home music sound system and Wi-Fi are also included.
